"I like staying here. Yes, it's an older property and a bit worn. The price reflects that though. The other near by properties are much higher in price but it's hit and miss on cleanliness and quietness. But here at the Anchorage it's clean. It's quiet. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and are helpful. Whenever I have to come back here for meetings I will stay at the Rochester Anchorage."

"This property was in a great location. The one king bedroom with kitchenette and full size fridge was spacious. The only true downfall was the super dirty floors. There was no door mat so obviously there was no way to wipe off dirty shoes at the door. Basically with a resort located next to a sandy waterway and parking spaces right in front of the room door, everyone comes in with dirty shoes. The floors weren’t openly dirty but they were gummy and obviously not mopped, only swept. My socks...

"We recently discovered an exceptional deal on Hotels.com. The reception staff provided a warm and friendly greeting. The room was meticulously clean and featured a newly installed magnetic showerhead. We would highly recommend this establishment and appreciate its convenient location within walking distance of downtown. The return journey from downtown is estimated to take approximately 20 minutes."

"When you picture an old-style beach motel, this is pretty much what you might imagine. Cute and comfy, basic and a little outdated, but still rocking and rolling. The location keeps you out of the more expensive downtown and beachfront areas, which means you save on money, but you will likely have to drive to the restaurants, bars and shopping. And, in busy tourist season, parking in downtown Ogunquit can be a beast, so keep that in mind. On the whole, we had no regrets staying here. Front desk...

"We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a great location and provides comfort and relaxation for long weekends. Only downside from our last trip was hearing the people below us, the walls are thin and noise travels easily. Overall a great stay and we will be back. "

"We love being able to charge our car over night and to have a pleasant walk to our favorite restaurants. All of the staff with whom we interacted were pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. The evening cookies were delicious. :-)"

"I was looking for a place to stay after a show at Jonathon's and with so many to choose from close by, it was not easy to decide. But appearance and value that I saw online drew me here. I was not disappointed at all. The staff was over the top friendly at arrival, (even though it was late after the show) and we were made to feel welcome and at home. The room was very clean and comfortable and all that we could have asked for. But the best part was breakfast in the morning. Not only was our server simply awesome, the food was over the top. While it was only breakfast, I can say that it was the best breakfast I have ever received ordering out. Everyone in our party was very very happy with our stay and cannot wait to go back. Thank you, but one quick question....how do you pronounce "Gorges" properly?"
