"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub anfangs Februar in Häselgehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und grosszügig, man hat genügend Platz, alles war vorhanden, auch im Speziellen für Hunde. Bequeme Betten und sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist zentral mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Lech.Nadine ist eine super Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tips für Spaziergänge, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Wir kommen sicher wieder."
