"Wonderful service. I had to park my car in a public parking lot and when I retrieved my car, one of the hotel workers accompanied me. Thank goodness, because it was actually very complicated. That was above and beyond."

"We did not realize there was an amusement park outside the hotel but the furnicular was an amazing bonus to help us get down into town. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and the pool deck is likely the most picturesque pool scene we have ever enjoyed!"

"Great service and advice from reception and in the restaurant where we also enjoyed excellent food and wine in a lively environment. Rooms are very comfortable (including the bed) but ours was not well sound-proofed. It was, however, ok when you had considerate neighbours."

"Lovely clean and modern hotel with secure parking and dog “friendly”. Staff were fabulous and were very helpful. Only eating option if you have a dog is room service (which I did) or leave the dog in your room (which I didn’t) Dogs up to 20kg allowed in hotel."

"Excellent hotel in the centre of the city. Staff multilingual and very helpful. Location perfect for seeing much of the city.We stayed in a duplex room on the 5th floor and liked the additional space for a very competitive room rate. Highly recommended hotel."

"We stayed in Room Mate Gorka in San Sebastian for two nights and had a great time. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a large bed and a cosy sofa. The bathroom was modern, featuring a rain shower, though it’s worth noting that the room we stayed in didn’t have a full door to the bathroom, and the toilet door was more like a saloon door. "Great last minute place to stay for San Fermin. Bus stop right out front was able to take us to city center. Only downfall is it’s pretty far from restaurants and eateries but overall property was clean, decent gym, and very friendly hosts. "

Great little hotel

"Everything great. Loved that our two little dogs welcome. So quiet and peaceful. Very clean and modern. Receptionist very friendly and spoke English. Location good near a river with a paved walkway along side of it to walk the dogs. Petrol station next door to refill our tank before going onward with our journey. "
