"Een groot houten huis met 3 slaapkamers en 1 open ruimte met een tweepersoonsbed, een grote overdekte veranda en veel buitenruimte om lekker te zitten en te eten. Het huis is wat gedateerd wellicht, maar dat heeft ook z'n charme. Binnen is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, er zijn twee toiletten en 1 badkamer. De communicatie met Jean was prettig en snel, hij denkt graag mee qua aankomst en vertrektijden. De locatie is prima, middenin de Ardennen. La Roche, Spa, Malmedy, Remouchamps en Trois...

"Wij zijn een midweekje verbleven. Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. Huisjes zijn zeer comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De mensen bij de receptie zijn behulpzaam. Mooie rustige omgeving om te gaan wandelen of fietsen. Tip om ook bij het restaurant te gaan eten."

"Wir waren 13 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Leider mussten 3 Erwachsen und 1 Kind wegen Krankheit absagen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage war abgelegen und gut zu erreichen. Weil das Wetter gut war konnten wir viel spazieren. Nach La Roche waren es 30 Minuten zu Fuss. Das Städchen ist sehr schon. Wir koennen es sicher weiter empfehlen."

"The reception staff were extremely helpful after we were late due to holdups with a major traffic incident. "The property was small, with a very steep staircase. The washing machine was not installed. There was no wifi in the house, just. Only wifi at the reception and swimming pool area. I was surprised we were located on a camping in stead of a park with holiday houses. I really missed a closet to hang our clothes."

"Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again. The apartment is well stocked with just about everything that a guest might need to include dishes, toiletries, bedding/linens, cleaning products, and vacuum.
