TROPICAL PARADISE WITH FAMILY: 10 BLOCKS FROM BORACEIA BEACH AND CONDOMINIUM GATE.
WE DO NOT RENT FOR YOUTH GROUP AND BIRTHDAY PARTIES.
 3 SUITES WITH AIR CONDITIONING, PRIVATE POOL, BBQ, wood burning stove, balcony, balcony, located in very quiet area, in the Morada da Praia Condominium, in Boraceia.
Large area with beautiful lawn and garden in front of the house; with private and exclusive pool.
Living room with tv (clear tv) and open kitchen.
3 internal toilets, 1 external and shower in the pool area;
SUITE 1: Superior: has a wc– 1 double bed, air conditioning, window screen and ceiling fan.
SUITE 2: Superior: has toilet, 2 single box beds, air conditioning, window screen and ceiling fan.
BEDROOM 3: Ground floor: 1 double and 3 single beds, air conditioning, additional mattresses, window screen.
TOTAL BED PLACES: 09 and,
additional mattresses.
BBQ AREA with duplex refrigerator, wood burning stove, gas hob, table, additional chairs and rustic balcony. (More than 8 places)
KITCHEN with duplex refrigerator, gas hob and microwave.
BALCONY with hammocks, tables and chairs.

We accept pets at no additional charge.
We make a lease.
Water reservoirs of 1000 liters, 1000 liters and 2500 liters, totaling: 4,500 liters of water.

Tudo perfeito com a casa, muito equipada, com ótimos colchões e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O condomínio oferece tudo para estadia, supermercado muito próximo, pizzaria, farmácia. A Rose é super solicita e me esclareceu todas as dúvidas. A praia é bem próxima basta atravessar uma passarela e é extremamente limpa. Enfim, dias excelentes de descanso.

Desde o inicio a Rose foi muito atenciosa e foi até o fim do processo. A casa fica em um condomínio muito bonito que disponibiliza de tudo que se precisa, restaurantes, bares, padaria e mercados. A casa é como nas fotos e nos acomodou muito bem. Tem tudo que é necessário para passar um fim de semana :) Recomendo e pretendemos voltar.
