A casa é mto gostosa, arejada e confortavel. os banheiros estao todos reformados, super novos. A casa estava muito limpa. Tinha travesseiros disponiveis. Senti falta de alguns itens na cozinha como frigideira, sanduicheira e algumas vasilhas pra fazer uma salada e potes para guardar coisas e sobras na geladeira. Mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia e com toda certeza estaremos de volta em breve!

O imóvel é como nas fotos, banheiros em todos os quartos, banheiros novos, piscina como na foto, o caseiro limpa a piscina todos os dias, possui todos os materiais e utensílios para uma bao estadia. Travesseiros, roupa da cama. Tudo maravilhoso. Somente alguns pequenos reparos na casa. Perto da piscina tinha uma madeira quebrada, e na sacada de cima uma madeira que estava bem ruim. NO modo geral tudo ótimo.

Casa excelente com pontos a melhorar que não interferem a experiência
A casa de Sr Elias é maravilhosa em termos de estrutura de localização, decoração, arquitetura, móveis (apesar de antigos são muito bonitos). É aconchegante, nos sentimos abraçados nesta casa. Os banheiros precisam realmente de uma reforma, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia (e segundo comentários abaixo do proprietário, já está previsto reformar). A piscina, churrasqueira e o quintal são ótimos. A sala de jogos tem apenas uma mesa de sinuca sem condições de uso. Alguns travesseiros precisam ser trocados. Mas tinham alguns travesseiros novos. O caseiro Sr João nos respondeu rápido. No geral a experiência foi excelente, queremos muito voltar e nossos amigos e familiares também já querem reservar a casa em breve.

Gostei muito da casa e do atendimento, caseiro muito prestativo. Única ressalva é sobre o anúncio que diz ter 5 suítes e na verdade são 4 e mais um quarto sem banheiro na parte térrea da casa.
