Ótima passagem de ano com os amigos
A casa é muito boa , muito funcional com todos os cômodos compatíveis com as fotos. A única coisa que falta na casa é um freezer maior para quando se vai com várias pessoas que no caso eram 12 e ficamos por 7 dias. No geral não tenho o que reclamar , e o atendimento com o dono e o caseiro , sempre bem atenciosos. Posso tranquilamente indicar a casa para qualquer um.

Muita tranquilidade
Simplesmente perfeito, tudo ocorreu conforme combinado. A nota 4 pela descrição do anuncio é que a casa é bem mais completa que os itens do anuncio. A única sugestão que daria é colocar aquecedor na piscina, apesar de que entramos todos os dias.

Excelente casa! Perfeita pra 12 pessoas. Casa com muito conforto, limpíssima, tudo em ordem e bem pertinho do mar! Tivemos o prazer de passar 5 dias maravilhosos nela e com muito sol. Férias em família perfeita
Passamos 5 dias muito felizes e agradáveis nesta casa. Ela é realmente fiel ao anúncio, aconchegante. A piscina e a churrasqueira são os pontos mais altos do imóvel. Pegamos sol todos os dias e pudemos curtir muito a piscina, pois tem sol nela o dia todo. Fizemos muitos churrascos e a interação com quem está curtindo a piscina é ótima!!! Recomendo muito essa casa para quem quer sossego e tranquilidade. Fora que ela é muito bem localizada, fica do lado da praia que é bem limpa e gostosa. A única ressalva é com relação ao piso próximo da piscina, que pode ficar escorregadio para quem está molhado e como estávamos com crianças, tivemos que ter um cuidado redobrado para evitar tombos. Mas isso não prejudicou em nada nossa maravilhosa estadia. Obrigada, Caio, pelo serviço e gentileza no contato. Voltaremos com certeza!!!

Férias perfeitas!
Essa casa é simplesmente fantástica!! Como nas fotos, tudo muito bem cuidado, confortável, piscina do tamanho certo, e fica ao lado da praia, a localização não poderia ser melhor. Carnaval 2012 - feriado perfeito !!!
Gostaria de agradecer toda atenção dispensada pelo proprietário Dr. Caio, desde o primeiro contato foi muito atencioso. A casa é exatamente tudo isso que está nas fotos e muito mais . . . uma casa suuuper completa, a piscina é d+, muuuito perto da praia . . . foram dias com dúvidas cruéis, ir para praia ou ficar na piscina ?!?!? o tempo também deu sua parcela de colaboração, sol e calor todos os dias !!! Resumindo valeu cada centavo investido, feriado perfeito !!! E já estamos nos organizando para a próxima . . . com certeza pretendemos voltar !!!
