"The young lady at the front desk checked me in early and gave me the number to a shuttle driver from another hotel to give me a ride to the casino. She was great. Unfortunately the towel rack was falling off the wall and the toilet ran constantly all night. Also the shower valve had been replaced and was installed backwards and hot is cold cold is hot"
