"The chalet was perfect for 2 families (young teens, 8 total). It was clean, well presented and equipped, and the owner was very responsive and helpful at all times. You couldn't ask for more! It is exceptionally well located for many active outdoor activities (hiking, trail running and many more, some direct from the chalet others just a short drive away). "Très grande maison, avec vue dégagée et imprenable sur 2 côtés, 1 salle d'eau, 2 wc, 1 salon, 2 chambres doubles, 1 cuisine séparée et un beau jardin avec vue.L'isolation de la maison est ancienne et l'électricité est en supplément (comme indiqué dans l'annonce). La maison est plus spacieuse que sur les photos et parfaitement propre. La communication et les procédures de check in / out sont très souples et agréables. Un très bon séjour !"

"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. Staff were friendly enough when we passed but didnt...
