"We were traveling internationally and booked this property weeks in advance. The reservation was confirmed by VBRO. When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. We were left in a foreign country scrambling for a new reservation for our week-long holiday at 4pm the same day. The property owner seemed to take no responsibility for ruining our vacation. "Wir (3 Generationen) haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Wir machen gerne Urlaub in der Nähe von Großstädten, suchen aber immer eine ruhige Lage zum entspannen, trotzdem mit Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und wir hatten schon beim Kennenlernen viel Spaß miteinander. Bei Fragen und Problemen würde zeitnah reagier Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit."
