Modern apartment in Bernkastel-Kues in a quiet and central location

The bright and cozy apartment is upstairs. The wonderful view of the vineyards and of Landshut Castle - whether from the loggia or from the sofa in the living room - is fantastic. Here you will find the ideal atmosphere for a successful holiday.

The apartment is new and equipped with great attention to detail. It is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, in which a cot can be placed if required. A living room in which the sleeping area is separated by another double bed. The living room is u. a. equipped with a 2-seater and 3-seater sofa, whereby a sofa bed enables a further sleeping area of 143 x 200 cm. Furthermore with stereo, satellite TV and WiFi.

The modern built-in kitchen contains an electric stove with an oven and ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a microwave and is lovingly equipped with the other equipment for everyday use.

In the dining room you will find a large fridge and freezer combination next to a large dining table with space for six people. The bathroom has a shower.

Enjoy the wonderful view with a nice glass of wine on the Logia.

Child-friendliness is very important to us.

Quiet and brushed dogs are also very welcome.

The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.

Minor suggestion! When you know your guests are from America, I think it is a safe bet to provide still vs sparkling water! 😝 but the thought was still appreciated! Thanks and hope to stay again!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wundervoll. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, geräumig, ruhig gelegen. Blick auf Burg Landshut vom Balkon aus, der durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet wird. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, es hat an nichts gefehlt. In wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig an der Mosel und nach etwa 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Bernkastel.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Pohl war von Beginn an sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ist er unkompliziert eingegangen (z.B. Kinderstuhl, frühere Anreise). Die Wohnung ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alle Details waren durchdacht, von diversen Lichtquellen über ausreichend Haken und warmen Decken für kühle Abende. Es ist eine gemütliche, weitläufige Wohnung mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkten und den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufabstand. Besonders die Abende auf der Dachterasse mir herrlichem Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit schönem Ausblick.Sehr ruhige Lage aber dennoch Zentral. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. In wenigen Gehminuten in die Altstadt oder an die Mosel. Herr Pohl war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne immer wieder!

Besser geht es nicht!
Dies war wohl unser professionellster FEWO Aufenthalt überhaupt. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gepflegt und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was einen unbeschwerten Urlaub ausmacht und entsprach in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage mit einem wunderbarem Ausblick vom großen Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Wir haben uns sofort in der liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber zentral, mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch mal an den Gastgeber Herrn Pohl für die sehr angenehme Kommunikation und nicht zu vergessen, die Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
