"We booked two rooms for our family and the first room was not made at all, entirely dirty. The second room was made but was still really dirty, holes in the wall, shaky bed, dirty bathroom - toilet not flushed. We booked two other rooms at the Moxy. Also not the first bad experience with a&o hostel but this was insane. Never again, pay a few Euros more for a clean hotel! Hotels.com didn't help us at all."

I arrived on a Sunday at 11:40 am and nobody was at the reception, with a notice on the door that reception is closed from 12 to 3. "I didn't known that it was needed to bring my own bedsheets and pillows - at least the receptionist was gentle and explained to us this condition and offered us to borrow these items from the hostel for 3€ per person. The room is nice and clean. The shared bathroom is ok, it is strange that the light switch is outside the bathroom."

The entry-way was good at the South East side of the building but it would have been nice to have had a sign on the North-east side of the building (facing the Train station) so that we could have found the main door more easily.
