Located in Kaiserhaus, in the beautiful high valleys of the Black Forest, this picturesque apartment is perfect for a getaway with family or friends. With 1 bedroom, this can accommodate up to 3 guests. It has a private terrace for you to enjoy a lovely brunch out in the sun or linger with a glass of wine.

During winter, you can enjoy skiing in the Feldberg ski area, which has excellent well-marked slopes.The apartment is located 1 km from the river. The nearest restaurants are 1 km from the stay where as the supermarket is 3 km away. The town centre is 3 km if you wish to go for a stroll in the evenings.

Central heating keeps you cozy inside. You can experiment your culinary skills in the open kitchen and over the charcoal barbecue. Modern amenities like TV and free WiFi are available for your use. A high chair and children’s bed are provided to the little guests. Parking is available.

The check-in timings are between 4-6 PM and checkout-time is from 9-10 AM.

Tolle und komplette Wohnung, wunderschön gelegen. Sehr netter Empfang. Ruhige Lage. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren und Sightseeing. Die superfreundlichen Besitzer Christine und Wolfgang geben tolle Ratschläge und Tipps. Kurz gesagt, ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen.

4-Tagesaufenthalt im Schwarzwald
Schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung im Schwarzwald. Tolle Lage, sehr nette Vermieter, sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung. Man hat alles was man braucht und kann die Gegend erkunden. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an die Vermieter wenden. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen:)

Heel mooi appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht. Appartement is zeer comfortabel en netjes. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ik kom hier zeer zeker weer en dan een week langer. Een echte aanrader deze locatie.

nadat ik tientallen mails aan booking.com en bellvilla heb gestuurd om deze boeking wegens corona te verleggen naar volgend jaar(we zijn regelmatige klant in deze bestemming kreeg ik tot heden toe niets dan geautomatiseerde antwoorden. EEn voucher voor het verblijf, noch uitleg over de sleutels heb ik nooit ontvangen. Ik ben niet vertrokken ,en indien deze boeking niet zonder kosten word naar een andere datum zal ik ooik nooit of te nooit met bellvilla boeken. .Geef eens eindelijk een positief en gunstig antwoord aub. Mn hele familie zit in de reissector en dat kan voor nadelen zorgen. Bedankt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in traumhafter Lage!
Wir haben mit unserem 9 Monate altem Baby 2 sehr schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Empfang von Familie Kiefer war sehr herzlich und es mangelte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Ideal für 3-4 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist top. Das Sofa lädt nach einem langen Wandertag zum Entspannen ein! Alternativ kann man bei schönen Wetter den Tag im Vorgarten ausklingen lassen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Ausblick ins Hochtal. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Panoramarundweg/Hochtalsteig mit traumhaften Ausblicken über das gesamte Tal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5 Min. erreichbar (St.Blasien). Viele Wanderwege sowie Attraktionen sind in einem Radius von max. 30km vorhanden. Ein Abstecher nach Freiburg ist innerhalb 1 Std. möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, l'appartement est très propre, au calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il y a une place de parking proche de l'appartement pratique pour débarrasser le coffre (matériel de ski etc...}. Équipement cuisine au top. On se sent comme chez soi. On a du mal à partir. Pour résumer bonne organisation, simplicité, flexibilité et gentillesse.

Sehr schönes weites Hochtal; Feldberg, Belchen und Schauinsland in der Nähe
Geschmackvoll und modern, aber gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss / Kellergeschoss. Haus liegt am Hang, Rückseite der Wohnung also ohne Fenster, wobei das nur für die kleine Küche gilt und nicht stört. Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber man ist völlig ungestört, weil es einen eigenen Eingang zur Ferienwohnung gibt. Die Lage Kaiserhaus ist oberhalb des Ortsteils Alrond, Durchgangsverkehr gibt es kaum. Das Hochtal selbst bietet diverse Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen unterschiedlicher Länge und Schwierigkeit. Es gibt einen Dorfladen mit sehr großer Auswahl, so dass sich die Fahrt ins nahegelegene St. Blasien eigentlich nicht lohnt. Natürlich gibt es, wie im Schwarzwald üblich, viele Gasthäuser / Restaurants mit guter Küche. Zu empfehlen ist im Ortsteil Dorf der "Bergblick", der jeden Tag geöffnet ist und durchgehend (exzellente) warme Küche bietet. Allen Gasthöfen / Restaurants ist gemeinsam, dass sie hauptsächlich auf regionale Produkte setzen. Schöne Ausblicke bieten diverse Berge (Herzogenhorn, Spießhorn und Blößling) um das Tal herum auf Feldberg, Belchen und Schauinsland. Im nahegelegenen Ibach gibt es einen Rundweg um Ort und Tal, der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Im nahegelegenen Dachsbach kann man bei einer Einkehr im Dachsbacher Hof einen sehr guten Kuchen und eine sehr gute Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte genießen. Außer der wunderbaren Landschaft gibt es Museen (z.B. Hans Thoma Museum in Bernau) und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Vermieter beraten gern. Alles in allem sehr lohnend für Menschen mit Sinn für Natur und Wandern.

Eigenaren waren er niet , sleutel kregen we van familie. Eigenaresse is s'avonds langs geweest. Er staat alleen een slaapbank waar je niet op kan zitten, zitting te lang. Wij hebben 3 weken op een bankje en een stoel gezeten aan de eettafel. Niet comfortabel voor oudere mensen zoals wij ( 65+) verder zijn er geen opscheplepels of juslepel aanwezig. Verder is alles voldoende aanwezig. Uitzicht is geweldig . Het zitje is aan de straatkant, is wel rustig.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Bernau eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Geschäfte und keine Restaurants sind ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hatten gute Tipps.

Tip top in orde appartementje! Eigenaars zijn zeer bereikbaar voor vragen en tips. Je zit in je privetuin wel aan de straat, maar is zeer rustig gelegen dus was geen probleem. Uren wandelplezier beleeft in de buurt, alsook leuke dorpjes dichtbij voor te bezichtigen en waar je lekker kan eten.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im ländlichen Bernau
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von dort aus lassen sich viele Unternehmungen mit dem Auto realisieren. Aber auch kann man von dort aus Wanderungen unternehmen, die fast vor der Haustüre starten und enden. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
