Great, quiet location
Property is new construction and very nicely laid out. Location is set back from the road so there is prettymcuh no noise from cars. My son and I had a great time walking through the woods on the property. Mike, the owner, was very communicative and had no issues with our requests

Acadia Trip
This apartment was very clean and the listing was accurate. Plenty of nearby dining options. There’s a bit of a drive to Bar Harbor, about 30 min. But our goal was to do more hiking in Acadia and we did that with no issues.

Quiet side gem!
My family and I loved our stay in this Quiet side apartment. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The kitchen was pleasantly well stocked with spices, plates, bowls and plenty of cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The showers had a good amount of pressure for the water. We didn't have any issues with hot water between showers... and this was with 4 adults and 3 kids! The listing showing a spacious and very open living space was a bit different than what we had in our apartment. The kitchen was nice and open, the living room was a tad bit small for 4 adults and 3 kids running crazy. If you don't have a lot of littles running around, this space will likely be great. Overall a fantastic stay. The property manager was very responsive and very nice when we had questions or anything we needed. Highly recommend and will likely be back again!

Great quiet side stay
Apartment was exactly as pictured and described. Was clean, quiet, and we had everything we needed for a week long stay. It's a little bit of a drive to the national park or even Bar Harbor, however we knew that going in. We actually prefer it that way. Apartment grounds are shared with a landscaping business, but they were mostly quiet and had no issues with setup. Though we didnt spend any time outdoors there, it was also set up very nice. Check in was super easy and Mike was super responsive. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks!

Pet Friendly Stay in Tremont
Property was very nice and met our needs for our home away from home. It was well stocked with basic toiletries and cleaning supplies. The property location was very nice and well landscaped but a good 30 minute drive from major attractions which did not bother us. The only complaints we had were the white curtain sheers throughout the structure which had our entire family of 4 and pets up at sunrise each day at 6 am. After some long days hiking and late night excursions could of used some blackout curtains to get some extra rest. Plus there was a bright security light outside the master bedroom on all night. The first morning we were there 2 out of 4 of us had to take ice cold showers so we learned to stagger these for the rest of our stay. The other complaint is the unit doesn't have central air or any portable air conditioning. I did not even notice that the advertisement said heat only when I booked it. There was record high heat when we were there and it was 85 in the unit for several days even with all windows open, 2 small portable fans, and the ceiling fans all going. The unit is on the second floor of the structure and there are probably 20+ steps to get in which only posed a problem for my husband hauling all of our luggage in and out. I gave all 5 star reviews because the unit and property were as advertised and you can tell that the property owner is experienced and wants guests to have a good stay. There was a binder in the unit with all pertinent information.

The apartment was just as advertised: clean, very comfortable, at a good location near Acadia NP and near the Bass lighthouse, and included all essentials for a comfortable stay. We all enjoyed our visit. We met the owner while there and he was very helpful.

This is a beautiful, well taken care of property on the quiet side of the island. Very peaceful. Easy access to all the trails with Bar Harbor only a short distance away. Sit outside by a camp fire to finish the day under the starlit sky. Just an amazing experience! Owner is very nice and kind. Can’t wait to go back!

Family Vacation
We were up on the island for a couple weeks to visit family and get some hiking in. My Dad is originally from Southwest Harbor. This spot here is on the “Quiet Side” of the island away from all of the chaos. Close to numerous little local food joints with lots of good options and allows you to stay away from all the traffic. The apartment was very clean and modern with an open concept and plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a busy day. Definitely recommend it for those who don’t care to be in the very busy parts of the island.

Dog-Friendly & Highly Recommended
This three-bedroom apartment is above a landscaping business, which was surprisingly quiet. New, spacious enough for six adults, well-equipped, and the owner, Michael, goes out of his way to ensure satisfaction. We asked if we could bring a second dog, our daughter's, and he immediately responded "Absolutely!" Several Acadia NP hiking trails and lakes are nearby. It is about a 30-minute drive to Bar Harbor, through the beautiful villages of Southwest Harbor and Somesville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It's perfect for us!
We are a family of 6 with 2 adult children and their spouses. While the exterior of the building looks like an industrial office, the inside of the 2B unit is ideal for us. The master bedroom has a king bed while it could probably fit two. The other 2 bed rooms are also comfortably furnished with good size. The thing that works out the best for us is the spacious living room/kitchen space so we could eat/chat/drink/watch tv comfortably together. While this property doesn't have any dramatic views, the fact it's sitting in a large wooded property with outdoor sitting area next to the grill in a scarcely populated area, is something we appreciate. Driving to Bar Harbor side of the national park takes about half an hour. Chatted with Mike a couple of times and he has great plans to continue to expand and improve his B&B business. I Would definitely recommend this place!

Will come back here again
Mike's place is about 30 min drive to Bar Harbor. The closest town where you will find some restaurants and shops is Southwest Harbor, 10 minutes away. Closest decent grocery store is 5 miles away, although there are some convenient shops closer. Mike's place was updated, nice, clean, comfortable, and suitable for our family of 4 adults. The view from all the windows were beautiful. The property houses a landscaping business but this was not an issue. Mike is a personable and communicative owner who knows a lot about the area and is happy to share his knowledge. We would highly recommend Mike's place.

Awesome Place on the Quiet Side
This place is huge for not getting an entire house. Easily holds 6 people and could probably do 8 if the couch pulls out, don't know didn't need it. Full size kitchen, master bedroom and bath, 2 other bedrooms and bath. Quiet area, easy to access, clean, lots of extra towels and blankets. There are stairs to get rental, so be prepared for that after hiking all day. Mike is a great host and was super helpful. I suggest you book it before someone else does.

Lovely, spacious second floor apartment
This spacious second floor apartment is unusual in that it is located in a quiet area on large grounds that are part of a landscaping and building business. It's not an apartment building, although there is one below that the owner currently lives in, usually only evenings and nights. It was clean, had most things anyone would want and many thoughtful items as well. Beds were comfortable, the main thing! Out back there is a truly lovely large berm of flowers and deer can be seen early mornings. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Owner is personable. A grill and picnic table are provided outside. Ample parking on property. We would rent this again!
