"O Juan foi super solícito e atencioso. Deixa fazer check out sem horário pré definido, o que é muito bom. O local é perto das duas principais avenidas da cidade e é bem seguro deixar os pertences no quarto. Os únicos pontos negativos são: ter que pagar a mais para usar o ar condicionado, limpeza que deixou a desejar e interior dos quartos e banheiro, com pintura descascada/mofada e afins, além do banheiro ser muito pequeno e sem janela."

"Our stay at Apassionata was amazing. Fabian is incredibly attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome. He was always unavailable for questions and concerns and was quick to resolve any problems. Initially we had some issues with the heating in our room and when it couldn't be fixed, we were quickly moved to a much better room. The small size of the hotel allowed so that we got to know the other guests that were staying there. Overall our stay at Apassionata was fabulous. "

"The is no staff on property but the manager Yasmin is quite responsive on WhatsApp. Room is dark, yet the walls do not go to the ceiling so you can hear and see the lights from other rooms. A lot of furniture broken. Mattress spring was sticking into my back."
