"Very hard to access 5 keys and padlock Very basic accom noisy fridge dripping taps , leaky shower head saturating the bathroom floor over the curtain ( rail stain = long-standing issue .Mouldy shower curtain nothing supplied no linen and we were charged extra fees for pets then extra for cleaning and extra service fee !!! To add to the problems we found we were locked in and had a hard time getting out—no single key ingress / egress point, needed minimum 2 gate fiddle Suggest refund service...

The property itself is fabulous with really nice touches including great quality toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner and even a Netflix account.
