"We stayed in Berlou for 10 days and it was as gorgeous as we had hoped and was pretty much as Irina has described in the property description. We had asked for some extra photos of the inside of the house and I actually don't think that they really did it justice. "Hotel Zenitude is a really good apart hotel in a lovely town. A short walk uphill to the centre of Beziers. Very clean and comfortable , large bathroom. Very quiet with a nice view from balcony. All front of house people friendly and very informative. Only complaint was that the hot rings in the kitchen didn’t work properly "

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...
