Overall, I had a good stay at Victor's Residenz-Hotel Berlin-Tegel. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. However, there were a few minor maintenance issues that could be addressed to make the experience even better.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are pretty basic - no fridge (unless you rent one), no AC, no coffee maker. Perhaps that is the style in Berlin. However, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.

Great location just a short walk to the U8 Franz Neumann station and lake. 20 mins to Alexanderplatz hub on U bahn. Very comfortable rooms and great helpful staff. Would definitely return

Staff was great (especially Christian) and very convenient for our purposes. Room was clean and very good. Exterior of property could use some work ( cigarette butts, weedy grassy area in front). Would definitely return.

The hotel is overall located not a good place. Its very far from shopping centers. There’s no nearby coffeeshops. Breakfast is also expensive than other hotels. Not worthy. And the rooms were very cold and old. The heating system doesn’t work well. I could say not looks like 4 star hotel, looks like 2 star hotel.

The breakfast was OK. The room was very nice and quiet. The hotel had a laundry room. Perfect when you are training and want to wash your clothes. The hotel was in an ok neighborhood.

Nice and convenient
Check in was easy, Luisa was very helpful and spoke perfect English. She gave good information on traveling to airport, and was helpful with the washer. The dryer was broken but it was ok we hung everything up! The room was spacious. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices, a nice large display!

Unterkunft ist mit Öffis problemlos erreichbar. Und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt man ebenfalls ohne Schwierigkeiten. Selbst die Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof ist dank des Nachtbusverkehr keine große Sache.

Durch gravierende Falschangaben bei den Buchungsangaben hatte ich erhebliche Schwierigkeiten und die Reise fand nicht statt. Das Hotel hat gegenüber dem Expedia Mitarbeiter die falschen Angaben bestätigt, aber es war ihnen egal.

Günstige Lage zu U-Bahn und Buslinie. Das Hotel bietet großzügig geschnittene Zimmer, die in naher Zukunft gerne einmal renoviert werden dürften. Die Hotelcrew ist sehr freundlich und um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste bemüht. Wer mit dem Pkw anreist sollte Zeit für die Parkplatzsuche einplanen. Das Frühstück haben wir bei € 22,-/p.P. nicht gewählt, können daher das Angebot nicht bewerten.
