You'll enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home from the floor to ceiling! Bring the family and relax in the comfort of this rancher located on a wooded lot in Ocean Pines. Prepare meals in the kitchen or enjoy an evening of outside grilling with the gas grill. Take in the breeze on the screened porch and read a good book or just gather together and exchange beach stories. Bring your bike or your walking shoes and explore all Ocean Pines has to offer. The home has newer flat screen TV's and 3 Blu Ray players. Premium channels and Netflix in living room and master bedroom. Sonos sound bar for living room TV. Bed sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, a one Pyramid Bunk Bed (F&T) and 1 Trundle (Twin.) This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply. Because of other conflicting circumstances, we needed to look at Ocean Pines this year for our stay versus our usual stay in Ocean City, which ended up being a huge blessing in disguise. We were extraordinarily impressed with the location of the property, the spaciousness of the property and the overall cleanliness of the property. Our entire family had a spectacular time, we enjoyed the property amenities tremendously, and also enjoyed getting to know the perks of being on the Ocean Pines side of the Bay. Would GLADLY stay at this property again!!!

Nice Place to Stay
Overall I found this home to be well cared for, very clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for five adults. It was more quiet than I expected, given the fact that it is located on a main connector road in Ocean Pines. The neighbors, who are full time residents, were very quiet as well. We tend to rent a home for a week in October, and sometimes there is a lot of construction noise going on, but not this time. The home is within easy reach of shopping and restaurants, and is only a few minutes drive from Ocean City's Boardwalk. All in all this was a five-star visit.
