Super location we had visited once before just for a drink and were so impressed that we wanted to stay on our next visit to Berlin .We were not not disappointed we enjoyed the stay and will stay there again on our next visit .

Not happy.
The room was so hot and stuffy. No air conditioning only a fan. We had to sleep with the window wide open to get air into the room, otherwise we would suffocate. No screen on window. The location was far from public transportation. We had to call taxi which costs a lot. Refrigerator did not work. We asked for someone to look at it and not sure if they did or not. We would go out during the day. We had to buy cold water to drink from restaurant and ask for ice to keep cool while in our room. We will never stay here again.

Wäre schön gewesen
Da wir( nach ca.500km Fahrt) etwas früher im Hotel ankamen, wurden wir etwas barsch darauf hingewiesen "sie haben doch bestimmt in Ihrer Buchung gesehen dasss Sie erst um 16 Uhr eincheckenkönnen."Kein Wort Willkommmen oder hatten Sie eine gute Fahrt bzw.Sie können Ihre Sachen schon mal abstellen!! Zur Aussenanlage ein Bild!!! Da ich leider nicht über Wasser laufen kann war es leider nicht möglich die Badeplattform zu betretten und ich glaube auch nicht dass es in nächster Zeit möglich ist. Schade
