Immer wieder gerne!
Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig, ist hochwertig ausgestattet, bei der Ankunft haben wir alles erklärt bekommen. Die Küche ist gut und modern ausgestattet, das Bad riesig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und freundlich, die Kommunikation mit ihm war einwandfrei. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Schön groß und gepflegt, hohe Ausstattung
Als Familie mit zwei Kindern haben wir mehr als genügend Platz in der modernen Ferienwohnung gefunden. Die Küche war sehr modern. Der Salzwasserpool toll. Der große Fernseher im Wohnzimmer bot auch alles was man jetzt zu Tage erwarten kann. Außerdem ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Super Ferienwohnung im schönen Berlin
Großzügige gepflegte Wohnung, modern und chic eingerichtet. Super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( wir haben das Auto fast die ganze Woche stehen gelassen, sind nur nach Köpenick und zum Müggelsee mit Auto gefahren). Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Tür, gut 10 Minuten zur S-Bahn entweder nach Kaulsdorf oder Köpenick, von dort aus ca. 30 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar ( Netto, Lidl und die Bäckerei bei Lidl). Vermisst haben wir einen Mülleimer in der Küche und durchgehend fließendes Wasser ohne Intervallstop beim Waschbecken im Badezimmer.

Familientrip nach Berlin
Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Leider konnten wir den Pool wetterbedingt nicht nutzen. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Schade war das Abends immer der Rasensprenger an war und wir dadurch nicht die Terrasse nutzen konnten weil alles nass war. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Gute Anbindung nach Berlin
Der Empfang war ausführlich und nett. Man erhält Informationen zur Umgebung, und der Vermieter ist sehr gesprächig. Die Ausstattung ist auf eine Familie ausgelegt und übersichtlich. Der Garten wird täglich gepflegt und es ist ein Ansprechpartner stehts vor Ort. Der Pool gefiel uns sehr gut, unser Kind hatte viel Spaß.

Wunderschöne edle Unterkunft mit vielen Extras
Der Aufenthalt bei Lutz war einzigartig. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut konzipiert und ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar gefiltertes Wasser und viele luxuriöse Extras, die es in Ferienwohnungen selten gibt. Der Garten und der Pool sind ebenfalls ganz wunderbar und laden zum Erholen ein. Trotzdem ist man schnell in Berlin. Besser kann man es in Berlin nicht treffen. Lutz ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung!

Ich war für ein Seminar eine Woche in Berlin und habe mir zum relaxen und entspannen nach dem Seminar etwas ruhigeres gewünscht als das Zentrum von Berlin. Und genau das habe ich bekommen. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und Herr Wichmann ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer mit Rat und Tat zu Seite steht. Gerne wieder. Es war eine prima Woche, wäre sogar gerne noch länger geblieben. Sehr guter Gastgeber, sehr guter Unterkunft
Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und es war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist besser als in den Fotos. Unsere Tochter hat im Pool und mit den Hunden der Nachbarn viel Spaß gehabt. Außerdem war unser Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab genug Einkaufs- Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto war Stadtmitte in 30min zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung allen empfehlen!

Entspannter Urlaub
Wir wurden von dem freundlichen Vermieter persönlich empfangen. Er hat uns durch die Wohnung geführt und uns alles wichtige erklärt. Die Wohnung ist schön aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man noch ändern oder verbessern. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter hat bei Fragen gerne geholfen. Die Nachbarn mit den beiden Hunden waren sehr nett. Leider war der Whirlpool kaputt und das Wasser im Pool zukalt. Aber sonst eine schöne Zeit vielen Dank dafür. Grüße aus Neumünster Fam. Hinrichsen

So muß Urlaub sein 👌👍
Das war für uns ein perfekter Urlaub unter anderem weil die Lage auch ins Umland sehr gut ist. Es hat alles perfekt gepasst vor allem die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich zu uns und haben uns stets und immer geholfen und jede Frage beantworten können. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet unter anderem auch mit Internet Fernsehen oder Netflix und hervorragenden WLAN wenn Kinder dabei sind. Das Highlight war aber der Pool was unbezahlbar ist und die private Atmosphäre einfach spitzenmäßig für mich eine der besten Urlaube die ich in den letzten 15 Jahren gemacht habe

The vacation house is attached to the owner's house and the pool is common, but the area is quiet more or less and there are quite a few objectives that would help you escape from the crowded city atmosphere, which is hard in Berlin.
