Welcome to The Borderlinks community in Ocean Pines. This charming three bedroom, two bathroom, three level townhouse offers scenic views of the water from the front and the golf course in the back. The adjacent Ocean Pines Golf Club, the only Robert Trent Jones championship course on the Eastern Shore, features 18 challenging holes for players of all ages and abilities. Not a golfer? Enjoy fishing or crabbing in the local canals or take the short trip into Ocean City to enjoy all it has to offer. The Ocean Pines Community Center is just a mile-and-a-half away and the seasonal Swim & Racquet Club Pool is also located only a mile away and features a pool, tennis courts, picnic areas, and walking trails. Access to any of the pools throughout Ocean Pines is available for an additional cost. Assateague Island National Seashore is also a short drive away. After a day of fun, return home to relax on the deck overlooking the water and use the charcoal grill for your dinner. There is always something to do for active vacationers or a quiet retreat for those who want to enjoy the beach, golf, the scenery, or simply get away.

Awesome Time!!
Our place was awesome and only 15 minutes from Ocean City! There was a Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts, ice cream shop, pool and restaurants very close! We will definitely go back!!
