Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. Must be 25 to book this home; only 1 dog under 60 lbs allowed - $50 pet fee; if you are bringing a boat, it must fit under the little bridge so must be a low profile boat and under 20 feet in length

Renovated bathrooms with new floors, countertops and tile. New flooring on the first level, freshly painted living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and secondary bedroom. Two new outside sitting area overlooking the canal including a sand sunbathing area with a sun bed.
