The lovingly designed apartment on the upper floor of the Landhaus Arcadia is located in Paretz an der Havel, the listed village. By car to Berlin - Potsdam in just 35 minutes. The country house has 2 vacation rentals for connoisseurs.

The maisonette apartment with a sleeping gallery offers a fantastic view of the original Havel countryside. Meadows, forests, rivers and lakes alternate.
Flocks of birds and wild animals as well as the vastness of the sky can be heard, observed and enjoyed from here.

The spacious living room offers a modern kitchenette, adjoining dining area and a bright, comfortable living area. Here you will also find a cozy, padded reading niche with its own lighting and a view of the vast landscape. A wooden staircase leads to a spacious hideaway on the gallery, which - equipped with two beds - invites you to read, play or sleep. If necessary, the beds can be moved slightly (small castors) in order to use the free space during the day as a playground for children.

The bedroom: The double bed measures approx. 200 cm x 160 cm, pillows and blankets are lined with natural down. Your cooking options: stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood with exhaust air (!) outside, dishwasher (Siemens) and fridge / freezer (approx. 260 l) from Bosch, u. a. Pots and pans made of stainless steel, utensils that you like to have for hobby cooking. The porcelain is from Villeroy & Boch.

Washing: on request you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee, they are located in a utility room next to your entrance. The equipment includes: free WiFi, HiFi radio / CD with USB connection and plug for iPhone, a television with DVD as well as a wide range of adult and children's books and games for cozy reading evenings as well as selected CDs with jazz and classical music.

Excursions: the nearer and further afield are a paradise for experiences of various kinds: swimming in 10 minutes on foot to the Havel with its clear water, and a sandy beach for children, the water at this point only 20 cm deep. Supervision is of course still necessary - like at the sea.

Rental for canoes, paddle boats, motor boats, bicycles 2 - 4 km away. Steamboat trips to Potsdam and Brandenburg.

Die Wohnung war an für sich Top. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft das Geschirr (Schüsselchen) nicht sauber und in den Ecken waren Spinnweben. Nichts wildes aber das sollte nicht sein. Die Vermieter waren nett.

Die Lage ist Top, vom Standort her alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Schöne Einrichtung, vielleicht sollte die TV-Anlage auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden. Sonst war alles gut, Vermieter sehr nett; Preis-Leistungsverhältnis TOP !! Also klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung !!

Gemütlich, ruhig, komfortabel
Wer in Natur und in der Nähe vom Wasser Urlaub machen will, der ist bei Hollmanns genau richtig. Bis nach Potsdam fährt man in die Stadtmitte oder nach Sanssouci allerdings mind. 25 Minuten. Ketzin/Paretz ist sehr ruhig und nicht touristisch. trotzdem gibt es einen riesiges, modernes Edeka, wo man alles Nötige bekommen kann.

Ruhe vor den Toren Potsdams und Berlins
Sehr ruhig gelegen, tolle Aussicht auf Landschaft und Tiere - Rehe kamen fast bis vor die Haustüre. Sympathische Vermieter, angenehme Atmosphäre. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren im Havelland, Baden in Flüssen und Seen, Ausflüge nach Potsdam und Berlin. Für Regentage ist genügend Lesestoff für Groß und Klein vorhanden! Auch ohne unmittelbare Ufernähe ist im Havelland ein gutes Mückenspray empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!

Stilvoll und ruhig in der Natur
Wer in der Nähe von Berlin eine ruhige, stilvolle und gut ausgestattete Wohnung sucht, wird hier fündig. Die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter sind für Wünsche und Fragen jederzeit offen. Am Rande von Paretz, direkt an den Feldern kann man die absolute Ruhe genießen und ist dennoch schnell in Potsdam oder Berlin.

Herrliche Ruhe
Schon der erste Kontakt mit Familie Hollmann im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm. Unsere Erwartungen an die FeWo wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist von guter Qualität und der Internet-Auftritt entspricht dem, was man real vorfindet. Der Urlaub in diesem schönen Umfeld war für uns ein großes Vergnügen. Wir fühlten uns so, als hätten uns gute Freunde ihre Wohnung überlassen. Alles war sehr ansprechend und gepflegt und die kleinen netten Gespräche mit den sympathischen Gastgebern und die guten Tipps, die wir als Radfahrer bekamen, rundeten das positive Bild noch ab. Wenn Königin Luise in einem Brief an ihren Vater schreibt: "Ich kann es kaum erwarten, bis es wieder nach Paretz geht", können wir das jetzt gut verstehen.

Wunderschön
Wir waren ja schon im Vorfeld von den Bildern begeistert, aber es hat unsere Erwartungen vor Ort noch übertroffen. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Es war für den Aufenthalt alles vohanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den der einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist es auf jeden Fall das Richtige. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen ...
Nach der Geburt unseres Jüngsten haben wir nach Jahren erstmals wieder die 800 km auf uns genommen, um ausführlich für Familienbesuch im Havelland Zeit zu haben. Die Ferienwohnung war für eine Woche Dreh- und Angelpunkt für vielfältige Eindrücke und eine wunderbare Zeit der Erholung. Wir sind wiederholt zu spät zu unseren Verabredungen gekommen, weil wir einfach in der Wohnung hängen geblieben sind, so haben wir uns wohl gefühlt (bzw. weil wir unsere Kinder draußen suchen mussten)! Der Eindruck, den wir vorab über Bilder, Video, Gästekommentar und vor allem auch im Telefonkontakt mit Fam. Hollmann gewinnen konnten, hat sich umfassend bestätigt: sehr persönlich, einladend und rundweg ein Gefühl von Zuhause . Dass die FeWO einfach auch "praktisch" ist, musste sie bei zwei aufgeweckten Jungs im Kindergarten- und Grundschulalter unter Beweis stellen - und das hat sie mit überragendem Erfolg getan! Aus der Reihe der überraschenden Bonus-Punkte ganz oben: die Bücher- und CD-Sammlung, die wir begeistert genutzt haben! Was alles andere als selbstverständlich ist: Weil nicht gleich ein Nachmieter kam, konnten wir die Ferienwohnung noch bis zum Abend des Abreisetages nutzen, was uns die Heimfahrt (Dank Mittagsschlaf) sehr erleichtert hat: Ein weiteres Zeichen für den sehr persönlichen, aufmerksamen Kontakt mit Fam. Hollmann. Wir hoffen heute schon, dass wir beim nächsten Familienbesuch wieder bei Hollmanns in Paretz zu Gast sein können.

Traumurlaub
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Eingebettet in eine idyllische Landschaft, haben wir diese sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ebenso geschmackvoll wie überlegt eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Bad ist geräumig und mit "massig" Unterstellmöglichkeiten versehen, das Schlafzimmer mit hervorragenden Betten ausgestattet, die Küchenzeile ist mit weitaus mehr als den absolut notwendigen Küchenutensilien bestückt (oder hatten Sie schon einmal eine Salatschleuder in Ihrer Ferienwohnungsküche?!?) und die Regale rund um den Esstisch bieten reichhaltige Literatur und CDs für Regentage. Der Blick von der Sitzgruppe ins Brandenburger Land macht den natürlich vorhandenen Fernseher eigentlich überflüssig... Wir bedanken uns bei unseren Vermietern für diesen wirklich schönen Urlaub. Wir werden gern zurückkehren.

Ruhe genießen
Wir können uns den lobenden Bewertungen der anderen Gäste nur anschließen! Selten habe ich eine so geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Unterkunft gefunden, die noch dazu allen Komfort bietet. Fußbodenheizung, Leseecke, ein komfortables Bad mit ausreichend Ablagefläche, ein wunderbar bequemes Bett ... und ansonsten herrliche Ruhe. Und wenn's sein soll, sind Potsdam und Berlin in erreichbarer Entfernung.

Idylle pur
Es fehlen einem fast die Worte, dieses Objekt zu beschreiben. Ein ausgefallenes Haus, eine super tolle Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nette Vermieter und Natur pur . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhigen Tage sehr genossen. In Ketzin hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Potsdam ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Potsdam ist atemberaubend, ganz viel Zeit einplanen. Ein kleiner Tipp in unmittelbarer Nähe Schloß Ribbeck ( wer kennt nicht den Birnenbaum). Man kann dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen, selten findet man eine so gute Ausstattung. Vielen Dank Familie Hollmann!

Sehr schön !
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte, eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail in einer traumhaft schönen Lage. Die Vermieter haben sich am Anreisetag Zeit genommen, um uns kurz mit der Umgebung und Geschichte vertraut zu machen. Eine angenehme Familie, die bei Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr hatte. Wir haben hier eine nahezu perfekte Mischung aus romantischem Rückzug, vielen Möglichkeiten sportlicher Betätigung und der relativen Nähe zur Stadt Potsdam vorgefunden. Wirklich sehr schön !
