This house is great for multiple families with many kids ,
Large Deck and barbecue fishing or boating in the cross streets bays minutes to yacht club restaurant’s, golfing , recreation parks , Food Liens, Walmart, Seven eleven, McDonalds and many restaurant and Ocean city boardwalk and beaches from rote 50 or Highway 90

Note:: with a refundable $100 security deposit one parking pass for the Ocean Pines beach parking lot in (49-50 St) and a beach pass for shower and restrooms and restaurant Beech chairs , umbrellas and beech toys for kids are available for all in your group
There is a charge for the pool in the beech lot when you use it
There is also street parking on the beach in 49 and 50 street
Note : 240 volt EV car charger available $10 per day

Excellent experience
The owners communication was excellent! Extremely nice and formative. Very surprised and impressed upon arrival. The house is very spacious and clean and well laid out with a great atmosphere. Will definitely stay there again!

Family friendly home
We had a family re-union and stayed at Sharon's vacation home for two nights. It was a spacious home with lot's of beds enough for us. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood, about 10 minutes drive from Ocean City.
