This lush, three-and-a-half-acre property includes two separate homes that sit a few miles west of downtown Ocean City and north of Assateague State Park.

Your vacation begins at the main house, where a beautifully manicured lawn welcomes you home. Step inside to find an air-conditioned living space full of natural light, with two-story ceilings, polished tile floors, and a wood-burning fireplace with an immense brick facade.

The elegant kitchen is at the heart of this home, offering pristine stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), granite countertops, and richly hued wood cabinets. Get the whole group together to make pancakes each morning and enjoy sitting down at the eight-person dining room.

Spend the glorious days of spring and summer outdoors, splashing with your children in the private pool (which is open from May until September), practicing your jump shot in the pool-side basketball hoop, and hosting friends for fun-filled get-togethers. The patio includes an outdoor fireplace, a bar, a gas grill, and plentiful seating, while the lawn has space for the kids to run around.

In the main house, you'll find five bedrooms with one king bed, five queen beds, and two double beds. The cottage features three bedrooms with two queen beds, a double-over-double bunk, and two twin beds.

The cottage is also a wonderfully equipped home in its own right, offering partial air conditioning, its very own kitchen, a six-person dining room, and a charming sitting room. You'll also find a sunroom and an outdoor patio with a bar area, a firepit, and plentiful seating for evening cookouts.

With a beautiful country setting that's just a short drive from Maryland's shore, this West Ocean City property is ideal for families in search of summer sun, entertainment, and relaxation. Head to Ocean City for the day to surf and sunbathe, peruse the eateries and arcades on the historic boardwalk, and test your nerves on the thrilling rides at Jolly Roger Amusement Park 10 miles east.

Spend a day exploring the gorgeous expanse of Assateague State Park just nine miles south, or tee off at the Glen Riddle Golf Club or the Ocean Pines Golf & Country Club - both of which welcome non-members. Your kids will also delight in a visit to the Old West in Frontier Town, where they can pan for gold, witness gunfights, and see a Wild West Show just five miles south.

This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a friendly reminder rather than risking a noise complaint from a neighbor. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices—not any personal conversation or information.
No weddings, reunions, parties, gatherings, cookouts, or get-togethers of any kind with over 20 guests not staying in the house are permitted without an Event and Gathering Contract. Contact details will be provided in your confirmation email about coordinating your special event.
Family reunions and quiet group retreats are allowed. No gatherings are allowed where vehicles cannot all fit in property driveways. No street parking is allowed.
Anyone under 25 must be traveling with a parent or legal guardian.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Security camera details: Because of valuable memorabilia, the game room is under camera surveillance. Additionally, due to liability reasons, the pool and hot tub areas outside are also under video surveillance.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
