Empfang chaotisch, Personal konnte keine Rechnung erstellen, Rechnung sollte am nächsten Morgen im Postfach liegen, war nicht der Fall und bis heute nicht erfogt. Im Zimmer durchgängig die ganze Nacht Geräusche der Lüftung der Küche unterhalb des Zimmers - geht gar nicht. Im Zimmer und Bad deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen - dringender Renovierungsbedarf !!!! Frühstücksbüffet ohne Honig - ein NoGo für diesen Preis!!!! Trotz Nachfrage konnte Personal nicht helfen - Haben wir nicht???? Wir werden dieses Haus nicht wieder buchen und können es auch trotz toller Lage nicht weiter empfehlen.

Einrichtung ist gut, man hat alles was man braucht. Der Service am Tag und am Abend war sehr gut, doch am Morgen könnte noch mehr Schwung und Elan gezeigt werden. Genau so muss der Überblick über fehlende Lebensmittel im Frühstücksangebot erweitert werden.

Das Haus ist toll gelegen, keine Frage. Leider ging w-lan und tv nicht. Vielleicht ist da ein Funkloch, aber dann sollte man das wissen, wir hätten es dann nicht gebucht.

Ganz ok
Die Kulisse vor dem See ist wirklich traumhaft. Personal war zwar nett, aber keiner richtig deutsch, recht verpeilt. Das Zimmer klein, ganz nett, aber man darf nicht zu genau hinsehen. Die Dusche war allerdings ein Witz, der strahl davon war wirklich so das man länger drunter stehen muss um den Schaum wieder weg zu bekommen. Alles in einem, war es für 2 Nächte zu zweit okay für den Preis. Und am Ende will man auch nur einen schlaf platz haben :)

Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön möbliert, Jedoch war das Badezimmer zu klein und nicht mit einer Badewanne versehen. Eine Sauna war leider im Hotel nicht vorhanden, was im Winter immer von Vorteil ist, Der Service im Restaurant war liebenswert und in Ordnung, das Essen auch. .
