Noisy. Woke up several times due to noisy people during the night. Thin walls, felt like neighbour was in my room. The place felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Clean rooms. Reception staff very friendly.

The hotel was a bit difficult to locate as I was given instructions that were not the easiest. I should have been told how the lock on the door worked as I was locked in my room, the phone didn't work to call the front desk for help so I had to bang on the door and call for help.

This property you get what you pay for. The bed is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a good size. The Bathrooms are very clean. The hotel is just older and dated. But for the price and proximity to Trains. It’s a perfect fit for budget traveling.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Spacious room. Wifi good! Breakfast was good! Bed not as comfortable as some. Unfortunately there were smoking rooms on our floor and the smoke drifted into the hallway.....need better ventilation.

Great place, very friendly and helpful staff
Simple but clean and well managed hotel with good/free of charge WI-FI connection, close to shops and public transport. Good breakfast with juice and fresh fruit was also included. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I had a very pleasant stay.

Reasonable value, with good public transport links
Our room was a good size, and comfortable, but the en-suite bathroom was tiny and poorly lit. Breakfast was an adequate cold buffet, but it was basic and disappointing overall - one plus was that breakfast was served from 6.00am onwards, which fitted in well with an early morning flight back to the UK. There is a lot of renovation work currently (April 2016) being done in this hotel, and the ground floor has had a recent modernisation 'make-over', so guest accommodation standards may be improving on the lower floors - but we were in a room on the 3rd floor, which awaits this upgrading work. Situated close to 'S' and 'U' Bahn stations, this hotel does offer reasonable value and is a good base for exploring the city, but it's nothing special.
