Holiday Home 'Ferien Am Berliner Mauerweg' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Idyllic short break on the outskirts of Berlin directly on the "Berlin Wall Trail". Sightseeing in Berlin and nature experiences in the immediate vicinity.
The vacation home is located on the host's private property. In the rear garden section is the separate garden house, which was renovated and lovingly furnished as a vacation home in 2022. The accommodation has a separate entrance and its own small terrace.
It is ideal for 2 people, but can be used for 4 people on request, as the couch can be used as a sofa bed.
The vacation home has bright and friendly rooms, which include an open kitchen with seating, a living area with TV and the bedroom in the cozy attic.
The living area invites you to spend a cozy evening watching TV with cuddly blankets.
The bedroom is located on the top floor, which guarantees a good night's sleep in a cozy and quiet environment.

We are a family of 4 and welcome you to our vacation home on the outskirts of Berlin. The vacation home is located on our property with a separate entrance.
Experience Berlin and enjoy our quietly located vacation home with terrace. From here you can explore Berlin's sights and the Berlin Wall Trail.
The vacation home is located on the idyllic outskirts of Berlin-Lichtenrade (district: Tempelhof-Schöneberg) in a quiet residential area. The Berlin Wall Trail can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, which is ideal for hiking, cycling, exploring, sporting activities and relaxing. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes. This connection leads directly into Berlin city center, so that you can reach Potsdamer Platz or Friedrichstraße in about 20 minutes. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached on foot in approx. 10-15 minutes.

Perfekte Mischung
Wir haben hier 3 entspannte Nächte über den 3. Oktober verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderschön im Wohngebiet, Felder und der Berliner Mauerweg direkt um die Ecke. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle war zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Nach einer halben Stunde Fahrt ist man mitten in Berlin und abends auch ruckzuck wieder draußen. Diese Mischung war für uns perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war schön vorgeheizt, vielen Dank dafür! Uns war es auch zu viert nicht zu eng, die Wohnung ist total durchdacht eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Absolute Empfehlung für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin!

Pros: Wir waren zum Radfahren angereist. Sehr gute Radweg Anbindung. Kurzer Weg zur S Bahn.Man ist in 40 min im Zentrum von Berlin.

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und grün. Wir besuchten in der Umgebung Familienangehörige und nutzen den Aufenthalt auch um uns Berlin anzusehen. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gelangt man unkompliziert in die City von Berlin. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Pros: Berlin ist natürlich immer eine Reise wert und natürlich auch sehr anstrengend. Es gibt einfach super viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Dank der ruhigen Lage der Fewo war der Urlaub aber sehr entspannt. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 13 Minuten bis zur S-Bahn. Bis ins Grüne aber auch nicht länger als 10 Minuten. Die Fewo kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.
