Clean, great value, good urban location
The hotel is easily accessible at a busy location, near many restaurants and shops. It has a Tapas restaurant on the premises with good food. The breakfast, for an extra charge, is excellent. My room was small, but well-appointed. At one time there had been a refrigerator in the room. I would have appreciated that, but that's also not a problem. It is very affordable!

This hotel was perfect for me. If you just want a simple room and travelling on a budget... this perfect for you as well. The U2 subway is only a 5-10 minute walk. The messe was about 10-15 minutes walk as well. The staff were super friendly. If i decide to go back... i would probably stay again.

Staff were very unhelpful. As a first time visitor they did not assist. Lady at check in decided to check in someone else whilst i was being checked in, very unprofessional! When asked for suggestions, etc.. was given a map and told where the station was, had to figure out the rest for myself. Would not go back!

A very standard hotel but no internet in the room
Clean and standard hotel room. But no internet in the room, the only place to have access is the lobby area so misleading description. I’ld have been happy to pay a bit more for not discovering this issue on arrival.

The Concorde is nice hotel and roughly a mile from the Convention Center (City Cube). The hotel room was small, and spartan but very clean, and the service each day was great. The Front Desk Staff was helpful, and would get a taxi for me in just a few minutes. There is a supermarket a medium distance (walking) away. Since my days were at the convention center, I was only in the room a short while to work and sleep. The bed was comfortable but plain. The shower was quite small, and the only issue I had was that there was no place to put personal soap or shampoo inside the shower. Also, there were not a lot of electrical outlets, so I had to swap phone/computer/etc as they charged. It was Spartan, but a good value for the money. The great discovery was a wonderful Italian restaurant a block away (Trattoria Splendido). If you stay at Concorde, don't miss this restaurant!

We were at a convention at the Messe. The hotel was a 10 minute walk. So, the convenience to the show was our number one priority. Did not need to take taxis, or drive our rental car to the show. The staff was great. Very helpful. The breakfast was very good. We parked in the parking garage. We had our own private space. Very convenient. Lot's of good restaurants nearby. We walked around and felt very safe. Public transport was very convenient, if we had needed it. Even though the hotel was 1960's vintage, we loved it. We had a corner unit, so, we had lot's of light available in our room. The windows totally covered the two outside walls. The bathroom was large and separated from the sleeping area. This was nice. The bathroom was in need of some new caulking. All of the fixtures worked perfectly well. The overall cleanliness of our room and the hotel were excellent. Based on the location requirements for us, this was a great hotel at a great price.

Unfortunately no fridge, minibar in the room. Breakfast very small space and choice of meals. The bar opens at 5pm, so there is no opportunity to get coffee or cold drinks.

A great hotel if attending an event at the Berlin Messe as it is only a 25 minute walk. It has easy access via train from both Berlin airports, the local area has an excellent selection of restaurants. Rooms are very clean and the staff welcoming. This is a hotel I’ve used many times and will continue to return.

Too small, uncomfortable shower
The room was very small and too hot, I had to open the window because there was no way to turn down the heat. The shower is tiny and had no where to store my things so I had to get them off of the floor while showering, it was very uncomfortable. Worse than that, the water changed from warmer to cooler and vice versa on it's own. I showered late at night so I don't think it was because all the hot water in the hotel was being used. Overall it was too small and cramped for the price I paid.
