Enjoy this brightly decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with huge 20 x 14 foot screen porch. Cook for the family outside on the patio with the gas grill or gather the family inside and enjoy the central air conditioning. Nicely equipped single family home located on a wooded lot in Ocean Pines. Relax with the family in the open area floor plan, or take in the fresh air with an evening meal on the screen porch. Hardwood floors in the living room/dining room/kitchen area and granite counter tops in the kitchen. Room for the family with one King, one Queen, 2 sets of Bunk beds, and a Queen sleeper sofa, sleeping 6. Home offers 4 T.V.'s, all flat screens, in living room and all 3 bedrooms. 2 DVD players. Living room T.V. is a smart T.V. There is a 2nd rental home within walking distance if you need two rental homes for your family. Property offers one parking pass for the 49th and 50th street Beach Club. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED.

Great place
My family stayed here and had a great time. The house was clean and the screened in porch on the back was a great bonus. We also loved the proximity to the beach and the access to the Ocean Pines Beach Club. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was just as advertised, and perfect for my kids and I, as well as my extended family when they were down for a few days. Everyone had a great time.

Charming well stocked house! Attentive owners!
My family of four and my sister loved the house! The owners have a very well stocked kitchen! The only thing not there was a crock-pot, which I can live without! Outdoor grill was complete with a side-burner. They recently added on a bag porch - Amazing! Completed with ceiling fan, a very nice 8 person heavy rot iron table and chairs, two (love seat sized) wicker chairs and an additional chair and coffee table. King bed slept well as well as the queen and bunks. No complaints from the kids! House also has a nice 8 person kitchen/dining room table and 5 bar stools at the counters. Plenty of utensils (eating, cooking and grilling), dishes, Tupperware, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, Keurig, coffee maker and a teapot! You just need to bring, soaps (minimal dishwashing/washer,laundry) paper essentials and all linens. The owners were very helpful. Internet was not working when we got there and they helped to make it happen - you can't rush the cable company, but the owners were on top of it. This home also comes with a parking pass to the beach - is awesome. Parking lot was NEVER full the entire time we were there. FYI: It is only about a 10 minute drive. The only day we had a longer travel time was after the airshow that Sunday (June 17th) and that wasn't anymore than maybe an additional 5 minutes. very nice place
It was a wonderful house had plenty of room and spacious screened in back porch. Big drive way which is nice for all our cars and a boat. Would like to rent again next year. Also its not on the main street its back in makes it easier.

Spacious & clean
Property was just as decribed online. Furniture and beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, beach chairs and boogie boards available to use, plenty of parking, roomy back porch for relaxing, etc.
