Have stayed here twice before and so this was the third occasion. Bed was very comfortable although a single room it was a “ queen” size bed with two comfy pillows. The bar closed a year ago but if you want a nightcap, they have a chiller fridge with beers and soft drinks. Even the glasses are kept cold! Prices very reasonable for a hotel. One of my lights in my room did not work. Good powerful shower.

Good place to stay in a quieter part of Berlin
Hotelmosnlocated away from center but well connected by subway to anywhere. The area around is safe and quiet although not many food options. Easy to get to with the car and plentiful parking. Ok place to stay in Berlin.

Perfectly fine hotel
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is good (near to a station). I got upgraded (unexpectedly) to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. My booking did not include breakfast (which was fine). I had breakfast one day, but breakfast costs 20 Euro, which was expensive for the little I ate. It was nice but not did not provide me with value for money. I was annoyed as someone (housekeeping?) decided to remove an commemorative package from my room (that was not near the bin). They saw it was emply and threw it out, despite it being with my books. That soured the experience for me.

Beautiful hotel with convenient location
The hotel is very nice with comfortable modern interior. The room we have got was spacious and had all necessary amenties for the stay. We liked breakfasts as well, there was plenty of choices for what to have for breakfast and food quality was good. Location of the hotel is very convenient: metro is right next to the hotel, station with bikes for rent is also very close, if you have more time you can also walk to main places of interest.

Simple but great hotel with a fantastic breakfast!
This is a quiet older part of Berlin and the hotel was so close to the S bahn. A few nice restaurants in the neighbourhood alongside a large supermarket.

Conveniently located hotel very close to underground. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was amazing! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Check in was good, Emelia was very helpful. The hotel was a bit tired, could probably do with a refurb. Housekeeping were a bit annoying, as very noisy in the corridors from juts after 8am each day.

Disappointing
Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend on a Europe trip. The location was excellent but the hotel itself was quite underwhelming. Our bathroom smelt badly like old pee and the toilet had dark stains on it. The hotel also does not have air conditioning which was horrific in the hot weather - last time I don’t check if a hotel has air conditioning. The room was spacious given Europe but was very run down and old. The hotel staff and lobby were beautiful but the room wasn’t great and I wouldn’t return.

Nice break to see the sights of Berlin. Hotel was in a good location. Hotel met all of our requirements, and staff did great with our inability to speak German.

Easy access to Berlin via U-ground. Supermarket around the corner with fruit and nice deli. Interesting walk around district to Greek, Italian restaurants. 'pub' across and down the road with live music. Breakfast good. Rooms comfortable, large and very clean.
