This property also has a delightful courtyard comfortably furnished for those evening family get togethers. The community has 2 beautiful outdoor pools, a clubhouse, a rec room with laundry facilities, stocked fishing ponds, a lighted fishing pier, and various playground and picnic areas. Just a short ride to the beaches at Assateague Island or Ocean City. This property does not allow smoking or animals. Occupancy limit is 8. The owner does provide a starter package of soaps and paper products. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
