Welcome to Assateague Point 254, Located within the private gated community of Assateague Pointe, this beautifully furnished two bedroom double wide sits on a stocked fishing pond. With all the comforts of home, this offers a full kitchen, 2 TV's , Free Wi-fi, central a/c. The community offers something for the whole family - from the 2 large outdoor pools, rec room, fishing pier into the bay, stocked fishing ponds and paddle boats, to the basketball half court, playgrounds and picnic sites. Located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. The home is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent. Control # 0087946

Assateague point
Kids enjoyed the catch and release pond the most. We did note ants in the kitchen. Sleeper sofa and living room tv could benefit from an upgrade.
