Great apartment room on the 6th floor. Friendly helpful staff. Good range of continental breakfast options. Comfy bed. Quiet air con. Brilliant location for cafe's and restaurants. Easy tram ride or walk to see the sights.

Super location as train right there but also walkable to many sights. Twin room clean but very small with minimum extras except small kettle and a couple of teabags. Would stay there again because of location and value for money.

Too bad that the service here was sub par. Not only did they make grave mistakes (as giving the wrong room number) but also tried to dubble charge the city tax. Glad I kept the receipt… I would book somewhere else. The area is great.

It's a great little hotel on a fantastic street. Shopping, sites, the river, everything are all walkable. Plus the trams and buses are super convenient. Close to museum island, government buildings, the river, Humboldt, and more.

The location is great, it's clean and rooms are decent size. However, the AC didn't work and the staff made no attempt at fixing it, said we should open the windows. The tub is old and worn down and the hair dryer is also old and not very useful showing poor maintenance.

Great location. Comfy beds. Breakfast was decent, but the food was put out very slowly and cutlery was hard to find. Also one coffee machine is not enough. Teabags also weren't replaced.

Nice area with good communication around the city. Clean and ok rooms. Appreciated that we got a closed bathroom on request. The open bathrooms are really strange for us Scandinavians, and have not seen it earlier in Berlin, nor elsewhere in Europe or US. All in all a good stay in a ok hotel in a good location in Berlin.

Liked the large windows and the large room. Breakfast was good. However it was hot in Berlin and we had chosen the hotel because it had airconditioning (AC). The AC in the whole hotel was broken so our room was uncomfortable and noisy when the windows were open. We were not told about the AC when we booked in or we wouldnt have stayed. It was not fixed during our stay.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr empfehlen! Wir haben sehr oft dort übernachtet, aber nun ist die wohl Glanzzeit vorbei! Wir haben dort 4 Nächte übernachtet, 3 mal, ja 3mal haben wir um neue Handtücher und Zimmerservice gebeten! Den ganzen Aufenthalt haben wir leider weder Zimmerservice oder frische Handtücher erhalten. An der Rezeption haben wir immer wieder nachgefragt aber auch dort keine Hilfe. Die anschließende Mail vom Hotel nachdem wir reklamiert haben war auch nicht sehr hilfreich! Zudem war das Hotel bzw. die Umgebung von Freitag bis Sonntag extrem laut bis Nachts um 4! (Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts)
