"The staff are 10/10. Pool needs a revamp and the cleanliness of the pool was poor hairs lying around and damp marks on the ceiling. Saunas was amazing!! Shower in my room could have been cleaner found hairs around shower head. "

"Excellent location convenient for exploring the city and within a short walk of the train station. The hotel is oozing character maintaining the style and spirit of Eindhoven's long-standing connection with Philips. "We chose to stay here as we were visiting Efteling - we were very pleased with the location as it is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the park! Free parking with EV charging by RFID card. There is a supermarket round the corner and a couple of restaurants dotted about not too far away. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious, lots of options at the buffet. Would definitely stay again."

"More than expected from a night stay! Free games room in a very nice atmosphere, modern and very clean, very spacious bedroom with a ultra comfortable kingside bed. Love the fragrance of hands and shower gel/shampoo/body cream, felt like in a SPA. Varied and delicious breakfast, facilities kept clean and all times and well stocked. "The receptionists were very kind and professional. The only thing I think that could be better is the cleaning. There were a lot of dust in the room and even asking for a cleaning later, they didn’t cleaned. "

"Nice family friendly hotel in a good location and secure parking for a very small fee. Close to motorway, 15 minutes from Breda city centre, local attractions and nature (Biesbosch). Lots of local shops, pubs and food places on the doorstep. Friendly service, good breakfast and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Family room we booked was huge with a seating area and lots of space but a little dark. We will definitely book again for our regular trips to this part of the Netherlands. "

"Fantastic hotel with perfect service in the heart of Eindhoven. Room was a bit cold, but reception staff were too kind to fix that. Clean, classy design - you can never mistake NH Collection with another brand. The only missing thing is a parking. The outside parking cost us the price of the room."
