"I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...

"We felt very comfortable in the well-maintained, well-equipped cabin. The stay is absolutely recommended. Very friendly landlady. Only the adjacent trails were only sporadically groomed. This needs to be improved. Otherwise five stars for the cabin and surroundings."

"Almost excellent, but a couple of things lead to this being a four star review rather than five. It is a lovely modern property in a good location. The adjoining hotel has a pleasant restaurant, bakery and swimming pool. The accommodation itself was very well presented, modern, with a spacious living area. "Amazing hotel and staff. Easy ski in&out, very convenient on the slopes. Great view from rooms. SPA and especially sessions with Hannah was a real treat. Very good pizza and food. Highly recommend. Only fall back is you need a taxi to come back from apres-ski and if you dine in the town."
