"We throughly enjoyed staying here. Derek and Bea were exceptional in their attention to their guests - nothing was too much trouble. A week is enough in our view as there is not a huge amount happening locally although trips to Bayonne, Biarritz and the Pyrenees are a good option. St Sever is a nice little town close by. Overall a very nice stay."

"Het is een fijne locatie: groot huis met veel ruimte en grote kamers. Zwembad is heerlijk en best groot. Locatie is prima. Er is veel te bezoeken in de omgeving. Echter in het dorp zelf is niet veel te doen (wel een supermarkt express en twee bakkers. In Orhez (10 min rijden) is er een grote supermarkt. Huis is armoedig ingericht en meubels verouderd (Bank beneden is echt helemaal doorgezeten en bedden zijn erg laag), er is geen airco of vin (wat met temperaturen rond 30 graden wel lekker is) ,...

"This was a perfect place for me - quiet, relaxed, fitted out to a high standard, entirely in keeping with the rural locality. Beautiful pool. Absolutely delightful owners, (resident on site). Their friendship and conviviality really enhanced my time at this place. I really hope that I will have opportunity to re-visit!"
