Come and relax in this beautiful new loft-style house located on the wine route near Riquewhir, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg and Colmar.
The comfort, the calm and the green situation will seduce you immediately. You can enjoy the terrace with its spa in a bucolic and very pleasant.

The house with stunning views fully air-conditioned is composed of:

Stay in Bergheim
Excellent location for exploring Alsace. I did not realise how beautiful the village would be. Lots of places to eat and a bar next to the Marie open until 7pm for a cold beer or wine. The house is terrific. All mode cons you need and a car park close by monitored by security cameras. The area was very quite and peaceful and we would definately pick this property again when we visit the Alsace again

Perfect Alsace Villa
This recently renovated loft was perfect for 3 nights in Alsace! Right in the edge of the quaint village, it was so roomy, airy and quiet. Locatiion was perfect for getting to Christmas markets, wineries and top-notch restaurants! Loved our stay and hope to return for warmer weather!

We loved it!!!
The house is beautiful and everything we imagined. The small town and the surrounding area are charming and picturesque. Everything was exactly as listed (except for the cost of the jacuzzi, but we were notified in advance and could have had our choice). Our host was generous with amenities and information. And even though we barely speak French, a little help from Google Translate was all we needed.

Clean, Quiet, Bright, and Supremely Comfortable! Super Location!
This rental property was perfect for our 10-night stay. Top features for the two of us were the air conditioning, the location, the quiet, having a clothes washer, the overall comfort (beds, couch etc.), and the kindness and help of Mr. Haller, the owner. And the jacuzzi. Sheer curtains over the gigantic wall of windows were installed just prior to our arrival, and they worked perfectly. No sunglasses needed indoors (as mentioned by previous viewer), yet the view was not obstructed. I liked that the shower water temperature can be set and comes on instantly at that temperature (wish I had this at home!) As the owner clearly represents on his VRBO/HomeAway page, he speaks French and German. As primarily English speakers ourselves, we still felt comfortable to rent, and we were right. Together with Mr. Haller, we used phone apps to quickly translate and clearly communicate with no trouble at all. It was part of the fun! We also were pleased with our choice of Bergheim. A handful of restaurants, open on different days, meant we could eat dinner within walking distance, which we did most days. Boulangerie for breakfast treats of course! And, there was never a problem with car parking (right at the house) or getting in and out of town, as it is not swarmed with tourists (but definitely so charming and worth a visit.) Another unexpected plus for this town is the pharmacy. Bergheim's includes a specialty in orthopedics. When I got a blister on my foot and had some never-experienced-before ankle swelling (lots of walking in hot temps), the pharmacist examined me and measured me for compression socks and put them on me and applied the blister bandage herself! She was very kind and even spoke English. (This service is not done in U.S. pharmacies.) We had been to other areas of France seven times before and can now add this to our list of ideal places to vacation in France. It was so easy to get to the Alsace region on the high-speed train from Paris (under 2 hours). And it is also very easy to drive to all the charming villages on the wine route. Thank you to Mr. Haller for creating a very special place to stay and for his wonderful help and responsiveness.

If I had to pick a place to live in Alsace- this would be it!
The house is beautiful, clean, sunny, well equipped, air-conditioned (4 units, 2 downstairs and one in each bedroom) and ideally located at the edge of Bergheim. The beds, the pillows, the sheets, the showers, everything is of high quality. (The only downside is that the living-room is in the sun till noon. We had to wear our sunglasses inside in the morning) We first looked at houses in Colmar. We spent a day there. It’s a beautiful town, not to miss but it’s packed with tourists, loud and heavy traffic. We were so grateful to come back home to our quiet neighborhood in Bergheim and park right in front of the house. We loved to relax on the terrace and enjoy the jacuzzi. It was such a pleasure to walk around the village of Bergheim, it’s remparts and it’s vineyards (right behind the house) The little bakery was closed for part of our stay but there is a little convenient store a few minutes walk that also sells fresh bread everyday. Bergheim is ideally located to visit all the little Alsaciens villages. Ribeauvillé is 6 minutes away, (13 minutes on bicycle) Riquewihr, 12 min, Colmar, 20min, Eguisheim and the Haut Koneigsbourg Castle, 25m. You can easily come home and take a nap in between visits. Don’t hesitate. You won’t regret choosing this place.

Peaceful, sunny, retreat in the Alsace region
The modern design and new construction of this home created a zen, relaxed atmosphere. Everything was very clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully appointed for cooking. Located on the edge of town, it is quiet, yet within quick walking distance of the center of town. We loved sitting on the back porch in the mornings and evenings, watching the gardeners next door tend their gardens. We also loved sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. The owners are very kind and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed, answering our questions about restaurants and places to visit, etc. We loved the location of Bergheim for our visit to the Alsace region. It is a lovely town within short driving distance of many of the places we wanted to see. We would definitely return. This lovely VRBO was the perfect end to our vacation.

Excellent House in an Excellent Location
My son and I stayed here for a week in July. This is a really nice, clean modern property just 300m walk to the centre of Bergheim. The house is well equipped, quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the full air conditioning (in the living area and both bedrooms) when the outside temperatures were over 30 Celsius. The hot tub/spa was also very relaxing. We typically ate breakfast in the house with fresh bread and cakes from the local bakery in the town. We had dinner most evenings in Bergheim or Ribeauvillé. We found that the location was perfect with a short drive to the N85 and A35. We visited many places including Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg, Cité de l'Automobile in Mulhouse, Colmar, Strasbourg and the Le Markstein sports station in the Vosges mountains. Our host, M. Kellerknecht was very welcoming and helpful. Mon fils et moi avons séjourné ici pendant une semaine en juillet. C'est une très belle propriété moderne et propre à seulement 300m à pied du centre de Bergheim. La maison est bien équipée, calme et très confortable. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation complète (dans le salon et les deux chambres) lorsque les températures extérieures étaient supérieures à 30 degrés Celsius. Le bain à remous / spa était également très relaxant. Nous avons généralement pris le petit déjeuner dans la maison avec du pain frais et des gâteaux de la boulangerie locale de la ville. Nous avons dîné la plupart des soirées à Bergheim ou Ribeauvillé. Nous avons trouvé que l'emplacement était parfait avec une courte distance en voiture de la N85 et A35. Nous avons visité de nombreux sites tels que le Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg, la Cité de l'Automobile à Mulhouse, Colmar, Strasbourg et la station sportive Le Markstein dans les Vosges. Notre hôte, M. Kellerknecht était très accueillant et serviable.

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage
Ein wirklich schöner Ausgangsort für Reisen zu den Weindörfern. Tolle Lage, noch tolleres Haus. Wir waren gern zu Gast bei Jean-Francois, wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Ungewohnt ist mittlerweile eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe, allerdings war es sehr angenehm.

Skønt feriehus lige ved bymuren til Bergheim
Skønt ophold i bolig der levede helt op til beskrivelsen. Der var rent og nydeligt, gode køkken og badfaciliteter. Dejligt og lyst i huset med den flotte udsigt gennem de store vinduer. Huset ligger tæt på bymuren og der er rig mulighed for at gå ture mellem vinmarker tæt på huset. Vi kommer gerne igen.
