"This place is right in the heart of Dusseldorf. Couldn't be any more convenient for transit, shopping, dining, drinking and the Christmas Markets. Super walkable! For me, I also loved the Irish Pub at the ground floor of the hotel, but if that's not for you, don't worry, it was quiet and not an issue when in your room. "We checked out within 10 mins of checking in. The bar and restaurant were closed and the nearest village was 4k away. Didn't find the receptionist helpful nor empathetic towards us. Wouldn't even give us the wifi code so we could book an Uber."

"Stayed here with a couple of friends during the European Championships and they made our experience easy. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early.
