The house awaits you on the boulevard with majestic sea views and views of the hinterland. It is completely and luxuriously furnished with wellness area, game room, fireplaces, bar with sea view and all directly on the beach! It is an absolute dream house, architecturally modern and tailored exactly for a beach house.

In addition to 5 bedrooms, the villa has 3 bathrooms. The entire top floor consists of a spa area with sauna, bar, spa shower, relaxation area and outdoor terrace with gas fireplace. All this with a great view of the sea and the dunes, unique on the Dutch coast.

The kitchen is equipped with all luxury, there is even a dining area with gas fireplace. Spend sociable dinners here with all the guests of the house. In the cozy living room you can relax in front of the wood fireplace or TV. A special feature is the game room with pool table, table soccer, table tennis and a huge flat screen with game console. Ideal for rainy days.

The house is equipped with a modern heating system, which allows room cooling in the summer. The outdoor area is also very tastefully designed with several terraces, lounge furniture and 4 parking spaces. Enjoy the sunset over the North Sea from the roof terrace with a sundowner from the hotel bar - or enjoy what the beach has to offer, just a few steps away.
