"The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"

"Flight arrived from Bergamo airport past midnight, only 10 mins to get an Uber to the hotel but it is on the pricey side €42 for a short journey but considering not having to drag my luggage all the way to Milan, that was an ideal solution. The hotel staff was very helpful with late check in. Room was extremely spacious and modern. Perfect temperature without me having to adjust the air conditioning. "In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "

"My son and I, spent 3 nights, Marco was a great host. Rooms cleaned every day. A bit noisy at night from traffic, but calms as evening goes on, wasn’t an issue for us. Would highly recommend."
