"The quiet country setting was the perfect first night of our tour thru Europe. The historical of a former brickyard/ industrial site added charm and character. In March there were only a few guests. Our room was clean and comfortable. Shower floor was bathroom floor, but functioned well."

"The boat is a super cool and cute place. The rooms and the whole interior is really special and cozy. Much more fun than just staying in a “normal” hotel. There’s a little beach right next to the boat to enjoy the sun. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. We definitely want to come back :)"

"Service was so friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. Such a beautiful spot, and the town was a lovely little walk. We were passing through this part of holland to visit family, and it was a great place to do so."

"Owner very friendly. I use a walking stick and the stairs were so steep and dangerous. I didn’t realise toilet was shared and would not have booked it if I realised it could be shared with 8 people. No shower, just a bath. Church next door and clanged every half hour through the night. At 7am it rang for ages. Breakfast very nice but dinner not brilliant. Had lamb chops, just 3 very not nice chops and not cheap. "

"This is one the best places I stayed at if not the best. I have travelled a lot and stayed in all types of accommodations and this place managed to combine all the best of everything. The room/studio we stayed at had everything we needed and more. Everything in the room was done to a high standard. "Cosy little building with two bedrooms, a living room, shower room and kitchenette. Comfortable, clean, nicely furnished. Outside, a large patio with seating for 8 people, two tables, a washing hangar and a lawned/grass area. All surrounded by trees and bushes/flowers. Althouhg next to the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. I will book again for next year!"

"Perfect getaway , staff were very helpful and friendly. If there was a comfy sofa and comfortable outdoor seating it would be 5* all day long. We really did enjoy our selfs. We will definitely return."

"Good clean hotel right next to the train station but don't let put you off the train station is one of the best in Netherlands Which is always clean and tidy just like the Mercure.Breakfast is very Good with hot bacon and eggs fruits and very good pastry,s it's in a very good location for the centre which can be walked in 5<>10 min The main bus stop is next to the train station making for easy access to the surrounding towns like Beek and Berg en Dal and Buinigen which are all worth a visit.Nice Hotel Friendly Staff .. Great Stuff "

Isolated but enjoyable hotel

"Very nice hotel. Looks a little dated on the outside, but very nice inside, with many renovations completed. The bed was small however comfortable. Best part was the heating which worked very well, helping me recover from being under the weather for a few days. Enjoyed a great dinner at their restaurant, very nice atmosphere. And much praise to the front desk staff who were so helpful - thank you. Easy to reach by bus number 8 from Nijmegen central station. Overall, very enjoyable."

Fletcher Hotel - Restaurant De Buunderkamp

"We were a group of 12 retired gentlemen staying for the 80th anniversary of the battle for Arnhem and this hotel was ideally situated, apart from the distance away from the Railway Station, this was a problem The staff, food, facilities and service was great, and we all enjoyed the trip and would use the hotel again."
