"The air-conditioning was not working in the room at the television was not working in the room. We called the agent for help. The agent was not answering his phone. I wouldn’t recommend staying there. We moved to Embassy Gardens."

"Firstly, Jackie upgraded us from a 2 to a 3 bedroom apt, which was nice because there were 3 of us. However, when we arrived the place was not ready, they told us that someone had checked out late after a long term stay and they needed to deep clean, so we had to wait. Jackie ordered us a car and sent us to the A&C Mall to wait, which is a less then 10 min walk but it was really hot, we just got off a 12 hour flight and we did not know where we were going, so we really appreciated it. We waited...

"I really liked it The only thing is that unlike other apartments I’ve stayed at, the Lennox did not have anyone to help you with your bags during check in and check out So if the person you booked with isn’t there to meet you face to face (which was the case for me), then you may have to carry your own bags For the cost, I didn’t expect this to be the case, but it was. It wasn’t a great inconvenience which is why I still gave 4 stars but I would consider that before booking next time...
