"We had a great week at this apartment, which had everything we needed. We had a one year old with us, and really appreciated the wooden cot with proper mattress (not just a travel one), highchair and stair gate. Both kids loved the on site pool and park and having the poolside bar/restaurant was also very handy. All beds were comfortable and communication from booking until the end of our stay was great. "Firstly, the staff tried hard to rectify the problems and I can't fault their efforts. I booked this hotel due to a good British review giving a 10. However, it is nothing like the photos on the site. The first apartment we went into had drawer fronts all peeling off and was not clean. Not even a toilet roll. So they showed us another apartment and we stayed there despite the fact it also was dirty (see photos below). Wardrobe doors were off, no towel rails/toilet roll holders - no shelf - all...
