"The apartment is located in an old hotel but the location & condition of the very large apartment was very good. Driving to all the villages in the Engandine was a beautiful experience. The location is excellent & many restaurants are available within 5 miles ."

"Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! "

"View from the room was great. Room was decently sized and clean. Lugged my heavy luggage all the way from the train station to the hotel. Wouldnt recommend that. St Moritz is like a mini San Fransisco with all the steep slopes. Suggest to take the bus to cut down the walking. Thankfully there's a small lift in the hotel so there's no need to carry the luggage up the stairs. Had laundry service done within a day which was great. "

"The hotel is a short ride from the train station. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very nice restaurant just downstairs from the room. Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries, fruits, cereals, juices and other beverages. We were surprised that the "balcony" faced another building across a narrow alley. Bed was firm (which we like) but the pillows, although large, were way to soft. Despite these items, we would definitely stay here again. "

"I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Every staff member went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and the hotel was spotless, welcoming and very homely. The food and drink quality at breakfast, room service and when having drinks in the library was exceptional. "The location is excellent, the room balcony has an unbeatable view, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food and drinks with the beautiful Lake Como, you can enjoy the food while enjoying the scenery, it is really the best of both worlds. The hotel restaurant's food in the evening is delicious, and there are many well-known restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It is only more than an hour's drive to Lake Lugano in Switzerland, so we took a day trip to Switzerland… which is highly recommended!"
