"This property is exactly as listed and is in the heart of downtown Frankfort. You can walk to shops and restaurants or eat in using the well stocked kitchen. Parking was not an issue for us, but we stayed in the fall when it is less busy, so I imagine if you have more than one vehicle in your party it could be harder in the summer season. The views of Betsie Bay are awesome to wake up to and the beach and trails are right out the door. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Overall the property was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We had one issue with a rug and the manager of the property was easy to get ahold of and willing to help up figure it out. "

We could not give a 5 star rating and would recommend that the couch in the living room be replaced and that you consider updating the television in the main room. "My family has been visiting the area for almost 20 years and we faithfully return to the Captain’s Quarters. They provide clean, comfortable, convenient accommodations that are central to all Up North attractions. The elevator to the parking garage is great for older folks. The kitchen and bedrooms have everything you’ll need. The large screen TV and fireplace make rainy days comfy. This place is a gem!"

"This property was in a perfect location to the resort. Even though you don't have access to the resort amenities, it was still nice to be right there."

"This condo was great other than it had a musty smell and even turning the air conditioner on didn’t help. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "

"We enjoyed staying at this property. It is a great location within Crystal Mountain, and is walkable to the pools, restaurants, and ski hill. The property was well appointed. The only reason for a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is that we were unable to use the stove top for cooking as it immediately began to smoke due to food build up. It would be fine with a good deep cleaning of the range. We would definitely stay here again."
