Our detached house is very close to the Balmer See and the Golf Park Balm. As a summer guest in our house we offer throughout the year relaxing by the water, in the original island nature or on the putting green of the golf course. On the sunny beaches of Kaiserbäde there are only few minutes by car. The connections with the Baltic Sea motorway or via the Airport Heringsdorf is optimalGeniesen in our house Balmer See the incomparable island flair and healthy sea climate. And weather is officially established: Usedom is the place with the most sunshine hours in Germany.
