We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and well equipped. Everything was as it was described/pictured in the listing. Our communication with the hosts was simple and clear. We loved how walkable/bikeable the location was too. A definite find.

Perfect little house in the best location
We traveled in to town with our 3 year old and 1 year old. The house is quaint and it was just perfect for us. All the amenities including a washer and dryer which was clutch!!! The other great feature was being able to use the garage as we were able to put all our bikes and trailer in there. Was perfect for peace of mind and nice for storage. Lastly, the location to the square was awesome. You can’t beat it… we biked everywhere. Definitely look forward to visiting again

Visiting Crystal Bridges
The house was very convenient to restaurants, Crystal Bridges, and a number of arts/ cultural centers. Given the weather, everywhere was walkable! The house was clean and well- appointed. It is pet- friendly, with a small enclosed yard. All in all, a very good place to stay when visiting downtown Bentonville!!

Great house downtown
This was a great little property in downtown Bentonville that made house hunting for my family very easy. There were maps of the city everywhere that made navigating a breeze. Clean and well stocked. The only thing I didn’t like was the bunkbeds. They were not great and the top bunk was not easy to use. My two children ended up sharing the full button bed.

In spite of a cleaning glitch at the beginning, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the communication response time, the property, or the agent in charge! The location is near attractions and food, yet is quiet and well stocked for your own cooking.

Fantastic Location
Our 1st time staying in a VRBO walking distance to a downtown. Enjoyed being able to walk and bike to the trails, art museum, and all the downtown activities. We look forward to our next trip!

Great Bentonville location
We had a great stay in this perfect sized house. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to many restaurants and the momentary, and a very short drive to downtown. The fenced in yard for our dog was perfect, communication with the owner was great, super comfortable beds. It was the icing on the cake for our Bentonville/Fayetteville stay

Nice house/ walkable location
We had great communication with owner after the city had tornado damage a few days before. She let us know the house was in tact, but some activities/ power outages may be affect some things we planned to do. The little house was a good fit for us. It had everything we needed and we were able to walk to the main street restaurants and shops.

Biking in Bentonville
If you are heading to Bentonville to bike this is the place to stay. We were able to access all the hot spots by bike or just taking a short walk. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with all the necessities. The kids can't wait to come back.

Perfect location in the middle of everything. Excellent accommodations for me, my wife and our dog. The master bedroom bed is awesome! The outdoor front porch is great for a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Location, Location, Location
Perfect location for biking and walking. We only drove one day when it rained to get to the Museum. It's a nice walk or bike ride otherwise. We could bike or walk to everything in town, even a grocery store. Great restaurants and just a few blocks away, Yeyo's, The Meteor Cafe, Blu Fish House, and Wright's BBQ are a few of our favorites. Great neighborhood and neighbor.

Lovely Place
We booked from Louisiana to see our son that lives in Bentonville. The house was clean and had everything you would need. We brought our small dog and it had a fenced in side yard. There is alot of construction around the town but lots of nearby restaurants and of course Wal-Mart's. The host was very easy to get in touch with and extremly pleasant to work with. The beds are super comforable and we loved all of the maps of Bentonville and surrounding areas. We will defintely rent again for our next trip! This time we will bring our bikes!
