Our home was designed by a local mom and daughter interior design duo who specialize in the vacation rental experience - bright and spacious tones with plant life & natural woods, plush open seating areas, luxury beds, bedding, and towels, and one of a kind custom decor that makes this place unlike any other. Enjoy our private terrace out back with enough seating for six & beautiful patio lighting.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house. All appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Walkable GEM in Bentonville
Terrific group base camp for Bentonville AR visit. Clean, fresh and stylish townhome for large family or group stays. Walkability is a 10 out of 10 for Crystal Bridges and all that downtown Bentonville has to offer. We appreciated the comfortable living/dining/kitchen area for gathering and ample bedroom/bathroom spaces for privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Nice setup for our group w 4 beds and 3 full baths. The location is perfect for dining in downtown Bentonville. Unfortunately, the unit was not clean. This was particularly disappointing as others had said it was very clean. The management did sent someone over once we notified them of the issues but I feel someone should have checked this before we got there. I would rent from this owner again as they were responsive.

Our MTN Bike Trip to Bentonville
We loved this property. it was all about location, location, location. The brownstone was spacious and lovely. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. Loved the large kitchen too. The TV's were not best. The sound and colors were not clear. But we were there to ride bikes, however when it's raining it was our go to and we made it work. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot
Highly recommend this location. It was walking distance from Crystal Bridges and everything downtown. It was well appointed with very comfortable beds. FYI…there are lots of stairs since it is multi-levels. Not a problem for our crew but could for others. Communication and service was exceptional!

Highly recommend this property! Family gathered for wedding in town and location was perfect as we could walk to stores, yoga, restaurants, shops and easy access to trails. This is a very nice property. Very clean and well maintained. Our group ages were mid 70's to mid 80's. The bedroom on the lower floor is only a trundle bed which really isn't adequate for older folks. The bedroom on 2nd floor is nice, needs some towel hooks in bath area and some sort of bench at the foot of the bed to put on shoes. The 3rd floor is lovely except there are a lot of steep steps to get to it. For older folks this can be a problem. We managed and enjoyed our stay, but be sure to note there are lots of steps to maneuver.

I needed a solo retreat and 313 fit the bill. There was plenty of space for me (and many others). I liked that. The location is away from the busy center square but close enough for a short walk to restaurants, retail and activity. It was a great last minute get away!

Fabulous family vacation spot!
This place is AMAZING, so beautiful and perfect for a family vacation! Me and my husband were blown away at how beautiful the house was and the proximity to the VERY SAFE, CLEAN and wonderful downtown area! Everything was within walking distance, museums, great dining, FANTASTIC coffee and the kids loved they could rent bikes, walk around, get their own lunch and walk the beautiful nature paths! We had dinner on the upstairs patio and it was just perfect. You really don't need to drive at all, the restaurants are wonderful and there is a record shop the girls just loved; all within walking distance. They loved the spaciousness of the house, they were upstairs where there are two big beds in separate rooms and they shared the big bathroom! THEY LOVED IT! We had the master bedroom that was just lovely! The main area has everything you need and well stocked. They really have the best place around, we are already figuring out how to return when we have our next time off. Best place ever, thank you for being such wonderful hosts!
